I am so tired because I got weight. How can I lose my weight?-Marathon, Cycling, and Running. Which one is better for me? I thought that walking is good to me. It is simple and just walking. Nothing needs to me for walking. I forgot one thing and I need new shoes for protecting my foot. I should buy more comfortable shoes.

I just go out of the home and walk and walk for losing weight. Exercise is very good for health and your body.
